DozentInnen: Prof. James McCullough, Prof. Elisabeth Schramm
Inhalt:
The main focus of CBASP is on finding ways to get more of what you need and wish from other people and on social problem solving. To become more effective with other individuals, past or upcoming interpersonal situations are analyzed step-by-step by means of the “Situation Analysis” (SA) to learn how to set useful goals, find ways to reach them, and recognize the consequences of one’s own behavior on the other person. Avoidance behavior and rejection hyper-sensitivity are overcome with the method of SA.
James McCullough and Elisabeth Schramm will present cases where SAs became a difficult part in the therapy, demonstrate and role-play SAs and show ways to handle difficult situations.
